Franklin township dog license1/8/2024 You may purchase a 2023 dog license in person, at the Cumberland County Treasurer's Office or at one of our dog license agents. Annual dog licenses expire on December 31st. The cost is $6.50 if Productive and $4.50 if Neutered or Spayed.
